Shipping and Delivery Questions

Low Price guarantee:

Lonestar Boots will match any online price as long as the item being ordered is available for at once shipping. Items that are discontinued are not eligible for low price guarantee. Low price guarantee includes the final price of the order, i.e. product plus freight and tax if necessary. On rare occasions, manufacturer minimum selling prices must be observed. Lonestar Boots cannot sell below those prices.

How long will it be before I receive my order?

For in stock orders using ground shipping normally takes 7 - 10 business days. For in stock orders using expedited shipping is much quicker, the cutoff time for same day shipping is normally 8 A.M.

What do you charge for standard shipping an order?

You will see the exact shipping charge during checkout. We don't make money on the shipping charge; whatever they charge us is the same as what we charge you.

I just placed an order online, when will I get my order?

If the item is in stock, we will ship it the based on your chosen shipping method. If the item is backordered, you will receive an email with the approximate delivery time.

Can I expedite my shipping?

Of course, you will have shipping options during the check out. I accidentally placed my order with normal 4-5 business day delivery shipping, but I need the order tomorrow! Changes can be made so long as the item has not shipped, please just send an email to sales@lonestarbootstore.com and we will do our best to update the order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we can, if the item is in our store we will ship USPS and that usually costs about $50.00 and that will be charged separately. Delivery normally takes about 14 days. If we have to get it from the manufacturer it will need to shipped to the store first and then forwarded to you address. That will add about 7 days to the order.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

Yes we can, if the item is in our store we will ship USPS and that usually costs about $20.00 and that will be charged separately. Delivery normally takes about 14 days. If we have to get it from the manufacturer it will need to shipped to the store first and then forwarded to your address. That will add about 7 days to the order.

How are orders shipped and delivered to Alaska or Hawaii?

Those orders will need to go by air. Please only chose from the following: 3 Day, 2 Day or Next day delivery.

How are orders shipped to US Territories and APO/FPO addresses?

How can I track my order?

Tracking numbers when available will be sent. Orders shipped from my store will get tracking numbers at the end of the first business day. Drop ship orders depending on the manufacturer take another 2 days before the number is made available.

Will I have to sign for my package?

That depends on the delivery driver most times. 

Free Shipping?

Free shipping on orders $125.00 and above to the lower 48 states.  Lonestar normally ships Fed Ex, but on occasion  will use UPS or Parcel Post.  Return shipping is paid by the purchaser on Exchanges the replacement shipping will be on Lonestar Boots.
